I have not been able to look at the 3 that are currently leased but besides a little touch-up here and there and a bit of curb appeal it appears to be a straight turn-key property.

So apparently Google changed their search algorithm yesterday in an effort to curb content farms, decrease the scoring for lower-ranked sites, etc.

I have window treatments on all of the windows, placing a premium on the common living areas or those that might affect curb appeal.I've never had furniture present when showing, except for the occasional time when a home is rented and the current tenant has given notice.

-Most of the Poconos do not have trash/recycle pickup from the curb, you can get that service at an added cost but for STR you need more than once a week so having some boots on the ground is a must-have. 

Cost me about $2k when I have to put their stuff on the curb.
