Don't know if you received a real letter that's pre 'ceased-and-desist' or just an obligatory, bureaucratic response to a consumer's letter that went to the right person at the Wisconsin Department of Redundancy Department.

Its costly yes I expect that but its better then going to all the courthouses in my area (Lakewood, Tacoma, etc) and less time consuming in the long run. :) I may want to start small, cheaper that way but still less time consuming
