Brewerytown right now is reasonably priced, but with the spill over from the Fishtown, Northern Liberties market saturating the east, treads within the last few years suggest the movement towards the west, I.E Brewerytown.

On one side you have rising rents and overall price movement. 

My point is this I KNOW that there is an Occupy Brooklyn Movement going on right now and I need help/guidance/mentoring on how to best position myself to capitalize from it.

I don't see much movement over the past three decades or more.

IMHO it's the investors with the LONG TERM view always in mind that will succeed and not panic or change their LONG TERM strategy to adjust for hypothetical market movements. 

There’s no movement now because it hasn’t truly hit us.

I am with @Anthony Wick on not initiating anything.My other tenants are all teleworking.I am growing concerned about the spill off from this "cancel rent" movement and I am extraordinarily surprised that leaders and economists are not speaking out about it.

I've rebuilt a fair amount of foundations and even when they show signs of movement it can be many years till they need full rebuild. 

Areas are seeing a lot of movement with the older homes that are not historical.

Look at the guy that wipes your buttocks after a bowel movement.
