Got to med school, into option trading, and then quickly realized nothing would make as much guaranteed capital for me as my career would.My two cents of advice is prioritize education, preferably in a useful field that can make you a high W2 earner if all else fails - engineering, medicine, etc.

I believe fraudsters should get a taste of their own medicine occasionally.

I don't believe they have limits though, and no fees to send or receive ACH payments. 

When they finally called they said there was mold in the medicine cabinet that kept coming back.  

My gut is telling me that renting it out per room might not be a great idea with potential of more head aches, different personalities etc...

The tenants have the ability to pay with a CC for a fee or via ACH for free. 

Funds travel from renters’ bank accounts and credit cards and are deposited in landlords’ bank accounts via the ACH system.

Many of them chose to deposit to the bank account, because we have a zero tolerance policy for late rent, but two still mail money orders to the PO box.All new tenants are required to sign up for ACH automatic payment.  

One thing to keep in mind, under the Code once you file BK and have debts discharged you are prohibited from filing BK again (assuming it was a Ch 7) for 8 years.
