I hear you on reinvesting the AQ fee back into the deal, but as I'm a non-accredited investor, I wouldn't be able to do that unless the deal has been structured to let NA investors on the LP side.

I ran into an issue with my original high school diploma I received in 2007 from continental Academy who was accredited who then lost its accreditation in 2009 so now I can’t use it everywhere to further my education.

@Joe Villeneuve Absolutely, but they offer apprenticeship programs that allow you to earn a solid income while completing all of your accreditation and a path to much higher income without going into debt.It's not the express lane to overnight success and it is hard work.

Scotsman Guide: Trusted Mortgage Connections, Trends & News | Scotsman Guide should just be non owner occ commercial purpose loans which of course in 12 states if the property is a 1 to 4 unit said lender must be state licensed MLO and NMLS registered the rest of the country its wide open.. so until they get to the point that all states have to adhere to the same rules like there are for FHA VA government backed loans where every single lender doing those in every single state must be licensed .aapl is just a private association with no standing other than networking with other members etc.. there is no accreditation etc with it.. but I get it with many who have gone to the events sat through the few class's they do ( I did) and then you can say our AAPL accredited LOL

I make millions annually that way and then buy my own value add dark buildings for cash and syndicate others ( accredited investors) when too much of my own cash is out on projects.Currently buying about 3 a month and ramping up.

Groupoon and Living social usually have some cheap deals you just want to be sure the classes are accredited for Texas and not just "Informational".
