Medium to long term upside in the storage deal is really attractive, and ROI is very attractive by yr 5 - call it 100% return on $1.5m if I own the whole deal, and quite a bit more on $100k if I take on investors.The NNN is a $4.3m deal: Caribou/Einstein's with a drive-thru, a Tijuana Flats - those two are both credit tenants with national guarantors - and a local Indian restaurant with two other locations who is doing the build-out for the space now but has a signed lease in place.

Your state may have a refund timetable ex) 30 days, that might overrule what you signed.If you are over 18 and not mentally incapacitated, not knowing that you signed a piece of paper that was actually a contract, is something I don't think you can argue and win in court.Those contracts are thoroughly reviewed by the gurus army of lawyers in the anticipation of refunds & lawsuits.
