I do have abundant experience in sustainable agriculture but I'm completely new to real estate investing and tax liens.

There is an abundance of information and tools on BP and we have monthly Tulsa BP Meet Ups.

I've actually started achieving those goals we set out to accomplish 7yrs ago.What makes it different from this forum, is that it is a COMMUNITY of go-givers who actively help each other, and who have growth and abundance mindsets.

You have an abundance of knowledge on different topics, take at least a month focus on the topic that you would like to learn more, and then look for a mentor.

It is affordable because the resource is abundant here.

And while I'll happily do anything based on value, there are a few things it's just not worth getting into for me (time-wise) as properties are abundant for us.I won't spend time on a major foundation repair on a rental. 

There is an abundance of resources (many are free) out there at your disposal, podcasts, BP blogs and forum discussions, youtube videos etc.
