We had a lot of ambition with what we wanted to do in real estate investing, and also knew it would help with my wife's business too.

Although, this wasn't my first career choice I initially chose fashion design but soon realized college wasn't going to help me reach my ambitions and I started educating myself on all things real estate, immediately jumping head first into business in order to reach my fullest potential, build massive generational wealth and make sure my children have better options and financial freedom to live life on their own terms.

I love the ambition.

Everyone in this forum has goals, ambition, and they volunteer their experience because they are all about helping each other improve on their game.

Your ambition is inspiring and am excited to see the momentum you build. 

I have learned a TON from GoBundance also over the last couple years now, so I'm looking at saving others the "slower start" into the investing world and helping those that truly have the ambition/drive/grit to leave the 9-5 world and do some form of investing full-time.

Life is typically weird and unpredictable, but if you've got ambition and work ethic you'll be fine.

My response was, I think you might be more happy buying a house than renting one from others, with all your remodeling ambitions and all.Have had people ask to pay me in appliances as long as I discount the rent for them.
