You will need to pay BOTH sides of the tax, as seller and purchaser, and there is no loophole in NH for this unless you transferring into a trust for estate planning purposes.So I'm guessing you will need to file CD-57-P, CD57-S, and PA-34, which cannot be downloaded from this site.

The difference with the ibuyers is they are apparently taking very large credits, according to one of their very own agents and according to reports from people who have dealt with them.To me, this looks like a legal loophole to manipulate the market in their target neighborhoods.
