I don’t see him as often So I want to learn from the BP community what are the stepping stones to become a mortgage loan officerI have 13 yrs of retail experience, 5yrs of which are supervisor/management experienceAnd an associates in business admin.And I have been thinking of getting some certificates in finance/ management to make a resume stick out a bit more for the bank world and try to reach the goal of becoming a mortgage loan officer.

You need to convey lease violations, in the same manner a boss would convey workplace violations, and in similar kind if those add up to say a 3-strikes your out, enforce.

At least until I get my nmls license.What jobs you think will hire someone with supervisor skills, some too little accounting, office skills so I can get into some position that deals with mortgages so then I can jump into the mortgage loan officer job as my final destination

Ongoing support/training is provided but a candidate is NOT managed...meaning, if you need a supervisor to stay on course or a manager to assign daily tasks/priorities, this is not going to work for you.

@Erik Pierson Fairfax County has restrictions on STRs that make it pretty tough to profit from there:https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/code/short-term-property-rentalLoudoun County currently is STR friendly (https://www.loudoun.gov/shorttermrentals) BUT the Board of Supervisors made an abrupt change of how they were handling STRs last year, and decided to look in to further regulation (https://loudounnow.com/2019/08/02/more-airbnb-regulations-coming/).
