I personally don't see prices changing much until something seriously breaks.

You might find the answers to your questions there but I know that the search function is less then optimal so feel free to send me a DM if you don't easily find what you're looking for.I've never bothered commenting much about Canada because, until recently, it made no sense for US investors to invest in Canada: much less favorable mortgage conditions if they could even get one, much more expensive prices on average and much less profitable on average.

I've done this with my properties because I'm well known in my small town and don't want people to know what I own.

@Melissa D.You're on the right track by narrowing down your market and strategy while staying open to both house hacking in Denver and long-distance investing.

But don't let this guy take advantage of you, you have a business to run after all....you need the money, your family needs the money. 

I’m still in the option period, so if the numbers still don’t work, I’ll move on.  

I also am considering buying another one but we don’t have the down payment.
