I had an increase in welding income but more than a 20% decrease in real estate income.

Since then, I've attained a welding Journeyman Certificate, started an incorporated company, upgarded my schooling, completed my Mechanical Tech Diploma and pursued a Project Management Certificate.

@Dru Kenny You are buying plastic and glass put together the brand does not matter as long as it is "welded" which every brand is nowadays.

I can't drive a truck, weld, fix my truck, fly a plane, do real electrical, plumbing, concrete, tiling, etc. 

My plan is to repair the broken connection with JB weld and tighten up the screws, maybe re-coat with some silver paint.
