Not many people are excited to see long-time solid neighbors leave and have them replaced by a short-term rental. 

I’d think long and hard about this and possibly set up financial parameters for who is responsible.

In efforts to get more experience with IOS, we are seeking a financial partner that potentially has experience with this asset class. 

So we are not unicorns, we exist!

The key is to highlight how the arrangement could help the landlord achieve their goals while allowing you to secure a property you see long-term value in. 

We are considering joining a couple mentor groups to build relationships with more investors.
