Zhi - You can find the zoning for those properties fairly easy on Nashville Parcel GIS viewer.  

You can find a property owners name and mailing address by entering the homes address in the search bar of that county’s GIS data viewer website.

The gentleman that does the videos does little charts for the viewers to see that is pretty helpful. 

I think it's more a product of the fact that old(er) people are not usually starting out their investing career, are less likely to be prolific posters, and are less excitable than younger viewers.

I figured that is what i had to do, but i expected to see other members/viewer's questions to populate as their questions were being asked.
