It's almost all stone, with mountain cedar bushes and other vegetation covering 85% of the property.

Will extend the offer to tenants for raised bed vegetable gardens in the back if they wish to work it. all our tenants seem to be long term we've had one for 20 years and another for 15 so they feel a pride in living in the building and pick up trash or any fruit that might fall on their own.

Meat bad, vegetables good.. : )  I am not aware of any other profession, in Texas, that requires ethical education training to renew their license.

As for my area, I handle the vegetation management on behalf of the utility company for the entire Bronx & Southern Westchester. 

If you see dead trees or a dead vegetation (out of season), suspect a gas leak nearby.

I don't think you will get anywhere going to Small Claims Court over this....there are too many variables concerned when it comes to plants and vegetation.

Every evening a woman would show up and put on a show with a vegetable. 

So, we are only keeping the vegetation cut back at this point.
