Now that the pandemic is getting better, I am starting to think about getting back into flipping, and I do expect to get back into it in the next 2 to 3 months (as more people get vaccinated and I feel safer to go out into the real world and interact with people). 

However, I’m hesitant now because I’m concerned that the tenants may not follow proper hygiene and social distancing protocols which would heighten the risk of exposure especially if one of them gets infected.Which brings up a reasonable question;If you decide to try this, would you include these concerns in your house rules and on a more sensitive note, would you require your tenants to be vaccinated to qualify?

And thanks to several gigantic government stimulus packages, vaccines developed in record time, and essential workers dedicated to the cause, we have survived and adapted.

With the vaccine deployment in progress the optimism is high for travel to return in a big way.

By then everybody that wants a vaccination can get one, hopefully businesses will be opening up, restaurants will be filling up etc.

Plus, the vaccine is getting rolled out which will curb the spread tremendously.

Democracy won, we got outdoors more, we headed back to drive-ins, the internet showcased some really clever people, racial injustice triggered massive global protests (and hopefully changes), vaccines were developed in record time, and of course, our Lakers and Dodgers returned championships.

As the line from the movie goes "You feeling lucky tonight?".

I was expecting to see a turnaround sometime mid-year when the vaccine would be in the hand of most folks.
