I'm wondering if there is a possibility that the lender and insurance provider can still give me commitment with a contingency that I fix the electrical within 30 days after closing.I'm sure most of these questions are positioned for a real estate attorney, but it would be helpful to hear if anyone has experienced some of the same hurtles that I have and could provide me with some insight.

Some of the liner material on the market has an adhesive in it that breaks down and begins to smell like cat urine.

I've even had to re-texture all of the drywall to get rid of the smells when just doing the floors was not enough....I've found that pet urine smells are worse than people urine smells...when you get a house where it was people peeing on the floors and not pets, that is.

We were happy with it but we noticed that the house was not clean - the blinds were dirty, the carpet was soiled and the house smelled like cat urine.
