I am learning "lingo", for me it is like a foreign language.  

So I learned the business of Construction through flipping as far as how it should look, fair pricing, the language of contracts, but with Nate I learned the strategic strategy and ready to get started building my portfolio! 

I'm a 21 year old college student at Utah State University.

Though I was not quick enough on the contract review/signing process to take the first property presented to me after speaking with James from Clayton's team, I had substantial back and forth both with Clayton and some other Morris Invest team members that was universally positive.

YOu should ask him why that would be the case and for some type of supporting language to back up his claim.

This group of 3 guys want to continue living there and we had a discussion last week but I'm trying to put some specific language in the text to help the situation.Thanks again.Dave

Now a giant city 250,000 people and home to Cowboys, Stars, FC Dallas, minor league baseball, lots of companies, new Universal Studios theme park and something like 10 high schools now...big high schools. 

Who ever imagined robots that are advanced enough they can create their own language to communicate with each other?

Then I wait for their responses and see their body language.
