I think the consensus is unanimous.

An almost unanimous response from Avery's guests has been start now and start earlier. 

This was unanimous with every piece of legal advice/retention I have for over 15 properties + 7 still under contract in each & every state.

Update: the citywide "Missing Middle Housing" UDO text change proposal passed Planning Commission unanimously.

From what I've researched, it seems like BuilderTrend and CoConstruct are the two unanimous leaders, but they offer more features than we need and are very expensive.

DC, PG and MoCos county councils passed theirs with unanimous votes and no one really lobbied the other side. 

Response has been overwhelming, and I  believe the vote in each jurisdiction has been reached with unanimous consent from each county council.

You could but the operating agreement would generally say that you need unanimous or super-majority consent to amend the operating agreement.
