It's usually not a lot, but I've had to replace a broken office chair that was only 2 years old, had better quality bed pillows been switched with cheap Walmart ones, and had a blanket go missing.

This trabct has a farmhouse 3 bed 2 bath, 4 car garage, and two barns.

I don't think a mean and median would really be that helpful unless you were classifying them separately into A, B, C, and D areas, as well as similar beds and baths.

I tried to look for any info on the Berkeley Assessor's website but couldn't pull any bed/bath info for the house.Let me know what you think? 

How many beds, square feet?

I would expect start-up costs such as stocking linens/bedding, upgrading certain furnishing and amenities, and pass-through costs for listing on the OTAs (like VRBO, Airbnb). 

I know a girl who gets section 8 in south toledo on a two bed and they cover $750.
