The irony is most who post in these forums about entity formation and asset protection are solely concerned with preparedness for when claims arise without understanding the true ramifications, don't know the difference between being a certificate holder and additional insured status,  what indemnification means etc.

I am also in Cincinnati and I did speak with True Home Ohio (https://truehomeohio.com) and they seemed to be somewhat reasonable except I believe they take a flat fee of $105 per door so depending on how much rent is for that door it could be cheaper or more expensive but their other fees I thought were very reasonable.

Sure, it took almost 10 years to retire, but compared to the 30-40 year plan most people use it was a dream come true.

Hello @Alyssa Dinson,The adage, "Live where you like, but invest where you can make money," is true and remote investing works, if you have an experienced investment team.We’ve run an investor services business in Las Vegas for over 17 years.

A bit of a bummer but I guess this is the way it goes when we venture into less tried tried and true investments.
