Should be a really cool trip regardless! 

Bringing in 77063 is not even a comparisons, if folks think proximity to Piney Point means anything it only does if you're zoned to Memorial High School or can get in the bus route for Kinkaid. 77063 cannot and does not. 

I declined the vacation/deal trip. 

If you are buying a single family house, two trips per year will likely eat up all your "free cash flow", so you might as well have it be a place you would go anyways to visit family, or near a vacation spot, etc.

If another seller of a good house for sober living called me (large, near the bus and amenities) I'd do it.   

Take a nice road trip. 

Once you get this first location done you will start to snowball.  5 years from now expect to hear about your trip or activity your doing because of self storage.   

Some of the main reasons I started this journey is so I can eventually take my family on trips to experience different cultures, help less fortunate people, and build generational wealth. 

I meant location as in location of the MTR ( whether its near hospitals, bus stop etc) and also the city or town it is in.
