I buy the property in my LLC.5) Is there a tax "phrase" (like capital gains, depreciation, etc) I should research to anticipate the tax consequences on a 10 year hold with a joint investor, or any other Tax "gotcha"?

I have been investing in Milwaukee for 15 years and the trend is clear, I like what I see a lot.

Now those neighborhoods are hot, trendy, and gentrified....

Somewhere in all his talking I heard the phrase "most of my stuff" by Monday/Tuesday.

@Lucy Bennet, that was awkwardly phrased (but twas the real me - not AI :).What I meant was trying to use a primary residence loan to complete a 1031 exchange. 

Their site has a lot of "trendy" stuff like using WTF is a DSCR loan and such.

@Deanne Bourne um...not in CA so don't have a horse in the race so to speak...but isn't another way of phrasing this "if the family is living in the home taxes won't be raised"  ?

Tends to attract a younger /trendy crowd.

And if you want to sell and the floor is not the "in thing" you can float something trendy on top.
