Duplexes to Quad's 2011, large multifamily and STNL ( single tenant net lease ) 2012,2013, and retail strip centers and medical office 2014,2015.There is still tread left on retail. 

If there's anything of value in the unit tread lightly until you have legal possession otherwise you can get yourself in trouble. 

Hi Susan;If you are new to flipping I would tread cautiously and maybe look at some other alternatives to buying all cash that way you have more leverage and are not putting all of your eggs in one basket.
