(edited)This will affect investors with separate metering for little used units or devices like pumps or EV charging.... even if you have excess solar generation or whatever the bill charges will still apply. 

Therefore the reports can be "portable" on any electronic device...

I also have to mentioned that the biggest advantage of using AI is for internal company usage, especially in a companies where it has multiple product, multiple supplier , or producing very competitive product ; company like home depot , medical device or even Adobe, can really make killing productivity by leveraging AI.For people in tech, the ability of AI to generate a code , a database or to articulate complex system , is very valuable.I have been moving from search engine to AI too in last few months and result was great.

At times I've even had to bring in a genealogist, BUT it was absolutely worth it because these were home deals.If you're a new investor struggling to get that first deal or to get any traction, don't get overwhelmed, get TARGETED.

BNBCal is becoming quite popular as well but is just now gaining traction and it's not clear how they're pulling data.

Although I have had experience in the past with smart locks that strictly run off internet connection with a FOB/smart device, that can get messy, and annoying quickly for everyone involved.

If you're dialing 100+ people a day and not coming out with 2-3 solid conversations per day after a week, then change the tools, but in my experience its usually the skill of the caller, so get dialing because the only way to get better is through practice.The good news: once you get some traction and close deals, you can hire a VA cold caller to do most of the grunt work and focus on the handraisers and nurturing them.
