Permit eligibility is based on region (usually the west side of town) and density (quantity of surrounding STR's in the area) as well as percentage of landscaping and minimum parking requirements. 

Right now just working on market knowledge in my college town.

@Monty Alston It has some impact but no lenders will give you credit for having experience building a home unless you have built or renovated a home in the last 3-5 years.

Every property that is on this street has cans and will try to have these done the same way for these MH.Currently there is a 1998 and 2001 year built MH on the property.
