The whole point of owning a MHP is so that you don't have any maintenance, such as clogged toilets, appliance repairs, mechanical system repairs.

And before people assume Rice is some toilet of the universe, which ok, parts may somewhat qualify for that statement, lol, there is also big $ in Rice.

I have seen houses where the departing residents took kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanties, toilets, suspended ceiling and hardwood flooring when they left. 

I painted it, redid the floors, put on new doors and hardware, fixed all the existing issues (leaks in roof, toilets not working, sinks leaking, water damage on exterior and upgraded the panel to a 220V) What was the outcome?

Do refrigerator, range, faucets, toilets, kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, rough plumbing, siding, roof, HVAC, fencing, rough electrical, hardscape.

For some of the builders, this is not the first time they have done this, lol.Make sure you do plenty of Due Dilly on the next, so you are not jumping from the "frying pan to the fire" so to speak.How far along is the build?
