Are there tax incentives that should tilt my choice in a specific direction?  

I won't be investing in the riskiest/most supportable asset subclasses such as hotels, and tilt my portfolio the ones that have historically been more stable such as multifamily and single-family housing.

The window in the second bedroom is larger and isn't a tilt-wash double hung like the first and third bedroom, so I was only able to half-way wash that one.

I've used a Tilt n Turn (euro style) window for this purpose and it is much less expensive than the $2500 range I am reading here.
