Old style buildings with lobbies and internal hallways.

Other markets would be very different.In any market facing a housing crunch, I think the city would approve of a variance if it's not zoned but it might take some lobbying. 

There is a group in Albany called Under One Roof, they are lobbying to get courts back open and evictions going again. 

I am working with realtors, just wanting to know the limits of what i can and cannot do but thanks  though your one of those realtors that thinks because you've lobbied to keep the market to yourself that u are the only ones that can get into the game and someone like me has nothing to offer, your sadly mistaken!

I'm sure there will be others not attending hanging around at the lobby or bar. 

Maybe, there are some lakes to fish in, but other than going to movie theaters I did not see many things to do.In California, you can go ski in the snow less than 2 house from Los Angeles and go jet ski on a lake on the same day.

Read this morning that through intense lobbying by the mortgage industry ( some one got through to someone to talk sense into them)the govmit suspending the 7% rule  this should put some downward pressure on Investor and second home interest rates..

Silicon valley will likely lobby that right out of the bill.
