About 10 years ago the tenant was found to be growing many  marijuana plants inside the house which I didn't know about.

You basically fill it with dirt and cheap soil and then plant all on top so someone can have a garden or nice option there.

Where can I look for a good cold call follow up texting scripts or at least some tips on what to say that is short and to the point, but plants the seed of curiosity?

Also, planting mint or peppermint around the foundation is a known deterrent to mice.

I will note, whether it be stainless or some form of matte color, a smooth exterior will show a lot more wear than the traditional textured exteriors.  

I believe there is a huge opportunity outside of a new Ford plant rising up in west TN.

Not sure if they are building more fab plants .
