What’s the best way to tackle a project like mold?

I watched a video on the SQ4D company that legally built a 3D Printed house (selling for $300k in an average $550k market) just recently in Long Island, NY and they are getting better at tackling the plumbing, electrical, and making it custom made. 

It's still not clear that you really intend to roll your sleeves up and tackle the problems at this project.

You already tackled the major contributors but overkill is ok if it makes you feel more comfortable.  

We are rearranging everything we can to tackle this high risk debt.B. 

Regarding my first point, very few people do this because they don't tackle that small problem or instead focus on what seems impossible. 

I am tackling under 100k properties to test the market and limit my risk before tackling more expensive properties.

If the price is worth the challenge tackle it!

You are better off hiring a coach when you are in a position where you understand what your weaknesses are and you need to tackle those to be able to scale your operation.

Even commercial interest ls me, as I’m starting to want to tackle bigger deals.
