@Jeremy A.Install these in your units,  they should automatically suppress stove fires, where it's most likely to happen, so your tenant can legally booze it up in peace!

Your numbers look like you are a property class lower than where you need to be to avoid bad neighborhoods and subsequently suppressed home values in that area.
