I think most squatters in houses wont pay the taxs  but I suppose there are rare cases like my brother.

I am completely new to all of this, but I did hear of a book Bible Section 8 that is supposed to be good for newcomers.

Fund investors were supposed to be offered Notes for sale within the fund that theoretically would boost the overall yield but very few of these notes were ever offered, and now I don't think I've seen a new one in months. 

A big learning curve ahead i suppose.
