I had a good friend who went into the ATM business back in 2015 did it for successfully for 5 years and sold the business for $2.5MGreat business to show constant deposits as a business and as a SE 1099 or W2 business to help buy real estate.

Not as interested in how to paper a partnership agreement, really most interested in how others have successfully handled the alignment of interests component to business partnerships that span an entire portfolio.

Generally speaking, have any of you invested in this area and been successful?

Hey Justin,Our borrowers have successfully used all of these wholesalers, but these investors all have one thing in common in that they conduct their own due diligence. 

MTR and STR is very successful in the valley now in certain areas so that could be another good investment for you.
