Recently, I've realized that it helps me (and my guests) to re-confirm details of their booking before they arrive (so there are no surprises such as undisclosed dogs or extra persons added).To answer your question on how to see how others have reviewed you as a guest, in Airbnb, you'll find it under your Account, then at the top of the page, select Go to Profile.

And maybe that's the reason this stuff doesn't show on screening reports.

You might be shocked by the amount of toilet paper some people use for their "functions" and some of the fancier stuff does not disintegrate as easily.Personally, I cannot remember a single place I've ever stayed in my life - STR, hotel, whatever - that I can remember liking or disliking the toilet paper.

It’s much easier to track everything that way and ensures you don’t run into problems down the line with taxes or legal stuff.

Not much good stuff on the market right now that can cash flow without work and on the MLS the prices don't allow for some extra reno. 

However, you're in Dayton so I don't see why you'd want to invest a few hours up north when you could just buy the same stuff right in your backyard.
