kevin, i agree with you...my business will be at a standstill until i can trust someone and also part with the money that i'd need to pay them..that being said...i just finished a rehab and put it on the market, i'm finishing up another in a few weeks, and starting another one in a week..at the same time, i'm completing a rehab of an apartment building, and as these apartments come available for rent, i'm the one that takes calls and shows the apartments to prospective tenants...at the same time, i still collect rent door to door from all my other tenants and handle maintenence requests...and i went to the driving range the other day as well :) point is, there's plenty of time in the day to do many things if you get your crap together and try to stay focused/organized...all the books say to build a business and hire out, but i don't think that's realistic unless you start with deep pockets...after a few years, sure, you can do that, and i look forward to doing that in a couple of years myself..but for now, i don't mind doing everything and saving that 40k i'd pay a fulltime employee :) i think i'll grow my business more by saving that 40k each year and getting to reinvest it, rather than paying someone
