On a correct, decent Team, your going to get extensive guidance, coaching, direction AND leads all but spoon feed to you, free of charge, at least up front charge.   

Imagine the worst greasy spoon restaurant you’ve ever seen and compound that by 10.  

I feel like alot of people asking for mentors think they can sit back and have someone spoon feed them success. 

I may not always add a spoon full of sugar with my words but understand that the people answering are of a couple types: those who genuinely want to see you succeed, those who are selling something, those who don't know the right answer but think they do, and combinations of these and others.

No offense Chris, but I've seen several of your posts floating around the BP forums over the last month or so, and based on your negative and defeatist attitude in the face of the plethora of information at the tips of your fingertips with the search function, and also the fact that you keep swatting away advice that is literally being spoon fed to you, I'm not confident that the RE space is right for you.

So you wouldn't want to spoon-feed that info if they don't know it anyway.

Whoever that "coach" is knows damn well he can't make you be successful, but he'll be happy to take that money, though.I'm as sharp as a spoon and I have done a little bit with what I got.
