One of the deals that I am invested in has a sponsorship team of 5 but like you mentioned, it appears they've partnered up to simply be able to take the deal down.

I have thought about getting my real estate license locally, maybe I could see if there are any resources for veterans to obtain this at no cost through sponsorship or scholarship. 

They say in the video how Nicole has "sponsorship" and got all this free stuff.  

The international students often offer to pay 6 months or up to even one year in advance.Also, often they have documents confirming the amount of money in their bank account or sponsorship from the government.Generally, I have found international students to be great tenants!

Many times, legal aid lawyers are not even allowed to pursue these kinds of counterclaims on behalf of the client, and this is mostly a negotiation tactic.It is quite possible that these non-profit legal aid societies could lose donor funding or state bonds/sponsorships for pursuing these kinds of cases. 

I know you're new also and out of state, so they'd likely set up any mentoring with a local FL broker/agent, but I know there is residual equity share for sponsorship and I'd rather someone who's put effort into sharing info get that bonus rather than a randomly assigned one (or however they do it if no sponsor is listed) I'm going to schedule my test for next week.

Of course other shows I attend are on their 15-25th year, so they have had time to build a sponsorship.

Or like the 40-something year old lady from Chicago who doesn't have a current passport and has never left North America asking a popular travel vlogger who makes a 6-figure annual income from YouTube ads and IG post sponsorships how she too can make a living from travel vlogging. 

Some vendor sponsorship is OK, because they pay the bills, but too much kills it.I've been hoping for a BP event like this and would make it a high priority to attend.

Do NOT wait to do this, or your license will initially be inactive, and you'll have to transfer sponsorship manually.
