The international students often offer to pay 6 months or up to even one year in advance.Also, often they have documents confirming the amount of money in their bank account or sponsorship from the government.Generally, I have found international students to be great tenants!

Many times, legal aid lawyers are not even allowed to pursue these kinds of counterclaims on behalf of the client, and this is mostly a negotiation tactic.It is quite possible that these non-profit legal aid societies could lose donor funding or state bonds/sponsorships for pursuing these kinds of cases.

I know you're new also and out of state, so they'd likely set up any mentoring with a local FL broker/agent, but I know there is residual equity share for sponsorship and I'd rather someone who's put effort into sharing info get that bonus rather than a randomly assigned one (or however they do it if no sponsor is listed) I'm going to schedule my test for next week.
