Good luck with handling the situation... hope it doesn't spiral out of control

I was getting increasingly exasperated with the literally DAILY mistakes that I would report back to then and they we went into a negative feedback loop and ultimately a death spiral where the fixes to the mistakes added new mistakes.

When I spoke to them they said how they were CONVINCED that the best days of the US were behind it and California (at the time teetering from bankruptcy) was in for a major downward spiral.

It really creates a death spiral for the property and the tenant/owner relationship.

It's a downward spiral, imo, if occ can't get financed.

Properties without sufficient cash reserves will quickly go into disrepair and will spiral downward.

ITs a death spiral most of these folks get into then it becomes the habit and culture as well.
