That IS a great counter, despite removing 1031 being a key aspect of the tax plan, it would require D investors to "open a vein" as well, unless like you mentioned, there is a loophole for the 1%, yet again.....Side note, love St Pete's, had many good times there.

What about mosquitoes and spiders;).They can be a small problem occasionally, especially if there is a food source...dog food, chicken feed, they often hang out around wood piles.
