Are there other options that could be better for a construction to perm loan (not through a traditional bank)???

I always check around with other property owners, investors and ask them who they're using for their construction work and if they were pleased with the work. 

Markets with significant investments from the previous administration may see these funds redistributed or withdrawn, meaning factories planned for construction may not be built.

Is it common for developers to use subsidies to cover 100% of the construction costs without needing to obtaining debt or raising equity?

I, and the investors that I work with find the advantages with new construction investment properties are so great it is sometimes hard to compete. 

As mentioned before too, newer construction tends to sell at a premium too. 

@Brady Bitter since  you are buying new construction what makes you think you are getting 25% equity.
