Leather is very durable and easy to clean but more expensive.Depends on the property and your budget.Sleeper sofas give you more sleeping capacity.

I have an opportunity to purchase a 2019 built 6 bed/6 bath 3300 sqft (Pool/spa, media room, full size garage) fully furnished STR in Encore Reunion community @ 180 per sqft costs me 600k.

Built out the basement into a 2 bed/1 bath unit Lessons learned?

I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing that I had people in my properties that had mice or bed bugs or cockroaches. 

My unit is a 1090 SF, 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse.
