Start by being actively involved with your PROPERTY MANAGEMENT duties.  

Talk to property managers and see if they would manage the other units.

If you ever need help running numbers or managing your property. 

I would try and manage it yourself if you have the time and effort. 

You can contribute by finding deals or managing properties in exchange for a share of the profits.Lease Options: Control properties without owning them by renting with an option to buy, and potentially sublease for profit.Owner Financing: Buy properties directly from sellers willing to finance, bypassing traditional lenders and often requiring less upfront money.REIGs: Join real estate investment groups to pool funds with others for property investments.For a more hands-off approach, investing in turnkey properties in growing markets with minimal upfront investment would be ideal (like in the Southeast and Midwest of the country).

I own a MTR management company in Los Angeles, currently managing 27 properties.

They develop, they build, they finance, they property manage, they will have HAO, cleaning crew etc. etc. etc. so the subsidiary companies make money every step of the way.From investor perspective: The investor pay $15 K to reserve the right to purchase 25 multiplex over the year of next 5 years. 5 each year.

Especially if you are hiring property management.

I have 0 experience managing STR properties, but lots of experience using Airbnb from my travels 😅 I am halfway reading Avery Carl’s book on STR.

I have 1000 sqft so $250k.if I have no GC and manage all the subcontractors I will not have a Rolodex so have to find subcontractors and I’m sure there are a million other complexities.
