When you don't live in an area, and don't know it - how can you be confident that it is a good area to invest in? I

As the technology continues to progress and they continue to get things more dialed in, I do think it could help quickly build reasonable homes to address the housing shortage.

The other side that they don't live in is kept between 68-73 degrees throughout the year depending on the season.

When doing research on potential areas to invest in, I would first decide whether you want appreciation, cashflow, or a mix of both.

Unless you do them all at one time, you have origination and closing costs on each house…so perhaps you pay up front to split the land.Obviously, I am not a developer and someone who is may chime in.  I

Let me tell you, when you’re “unemployed” and the rent coming in is the only way to make $15k/month in payments and pay your bills it’s “less fun”.

When looking for areas to invest in I basically advise that you find deals that are available, vet the locations, and then underwrite the deals if you would invest in the locations.
