When it comes to experience I have facilitated my fair share of successful projects, however the point still remains that I did not complete those deals completely independently.

For various reasons, the US government wants to understand the "beneficial ownership" of certain businesses.

Could the shared management function create a "common enterprise" argument that might compromise the intended separation between series?
