This home is still an incredible investment, and we wish we had it, but are happier to have all the lessons learned from it.

Plus no matter what I did I couldn’t get my credit score above the high 600 range.  

The seller is open to seller financing, which presents an incredible opportunity to grow without traditional bank financing.

It would be multifamily, 760 credit score, and an investment property.

I have ~750 FICO score.

If you want to find out how much equity you have to see if that’s an option for you, connect with a real estate agent and ask for a professional equity assessment report (PEAR).Who knows, you may find out you have enough equity to buy your next place outright– and with today’s mortgage rates, not having to take out a home loan is pretty incredible.

@Amanda Bradley Tenant sounds like typical Class C with a credit score under 620.How hard was it to find this tenant?
