There are literally rocket scientists that work 80hrs per week in an attempt to beat the market and can't do it.

If he doesn't make it as a scientist, marketing might be a good fall back.

(They don’t take a rocket scientist either, but just be aware of what you’re getting into).Lastly, I believe the $800 minimum CA tax is for both corporations and LLCs.
