Use the sprayer to wet the ceiling down again, go over it again with the sponge mop to get rid of the TSP residue.

I want residuals. the appreciate just looks good on my PFS and makes the bankers happy.

It's a great residual. 

Now, in a SFR this would be a crisis, but luckily, the other units had residual heat to that unit.

I used flipping to build cash fast, but it doesn't have residual income or on-going appreciation.I used flipping to build capital and then use the capital to buy rental properties. 

The master instructor then gets a percentage of testing fees etc. as residuals to fund their income and eventual retirement.

I'd be curious to know if they identified the source (i.e. the original spill(s)) or if that was cleaned up and these are just the residual contaminants.  

if there is residual contamination below the slab, it could pose a risk of vapor intrusion that could prevent you from renting the property for residential.

Came out well but that residue needs a lot of cleaning.
