There also may be a deed restriction preventing you from reselling for a period of time, but those are usually for short sales.

One of the reasons lenders don't like seconds behind them is in the event of a default they cant just get a Deed in Lu from you.. they have to prosecute a full foreclosure to remove the second from title so they can resell..
