It's refreshing to find an online community where most of the (active)members are so passionate about the subject at hand, and more than that, openly willing to discuss, and lend a hand to people who are at a disadvantage due to being new in the business. So thank you.

Lauren Taylor - Thank you, very sincerely, for your comment - It really is refreshing to get the perspective of someone that's actually been there and actually did get a loan to start their career - I definitely plan to work very hard at it, and definitely plan to succeed - im not gonna try to succeed, I AM gonna succeed - I think saying the word try is planning to fail, that's why I wont use it here - Again, thank you for your comment, and thank you everybody for your comments as well - much appreciation and respect :)

Some small brokerages have a flat fee you will pay per transactions to get the E&O Coverage. There are about $1500 a year in agent fees you'll have to cover (Between license, board fees, CE costs and the like).I spent 3 weeks of 4 day 10hr classes, then a 4hr refresher course before the exam was scheduled.

If Tim loves real estate--and it sounds like he does--perhaps he should consider teaching it and become an exception to the rule. For example, Duncan Wierman is a refreshing exception to the rule.
