Reading the books, in my opinion, refreshes that thinking.Now, I don't remember parts where he suggested cheating on taxes or any other bad advice, perhaps I too simply skip or ignore such poor advice, but let's be real, who on this board can say they have NEVER taken a tax deduction for something that was not 100% legit business deduction!

Some small brokerages have a flat fee you will pay per transactions to get the E&O Coverage.There are about $1500 a year in agent fees you'll have to cover (Between license, board fees, CE costs and the like).I spent 3 weeks of 4 day 10hr classes, then a 4hr refresher course before the exam was scheduled.
